"I wandered into Maverick Motorsports thinking it would just be another overpriced Harley but I went cause it's local. I was suprised. I worked with Joe who besides being kinda funny looking J/K was great. Not pushy and answered all my questions. I was directed around the dealership and never once felt as if people were pushy. "I wanted to find a bike so I could fly into Wyoming and ride across the country back to New Hampshire. It started out a disaster. I was delayed getting into laramie and was only able to land on a sunday. Maverick isn't open Sunday's. I found a ride into town and on monday called them. They were prompt to send Jimmy to come get me. He was real nice. When I got there David was quick to offer me some coffee and get me in and out quick. He lifted my spirits and got me rolling so I could still get on the road. The parts guy even had some odd ball stuff I wanted. The rest of my ride was OK except that drive through Nebraska (does that state ever end?) but Got it done."

"I learned a coulple of lessons this winter. First lesson was to shop for a dealer and not only price. I'll tell you why. I was shopping for a mountain sled and I found one cheaper in Colorado(I won't say where cause I'm embarrassed) but I decided to save myself a little drive time and pick up my Skidoo there in Laramie. Well later on that winter I was up on the hill and Screwed up something fierce. I was pissed it was sunday and when I pulled up the lot was full. Little did I know that when you buy at maverick you can get priority service. They got me in and out so fast I just went right back up and had more fun. "

"When I went to purchase my Lowrider in 2004, you didn't have any in stock, so I went to Casper and found exactly what I wanted. I told my wife and she said, "You'd better buy it and so, with the help of the Uniwyo credit union, I did. When it came time or it's 1000 mile check, I brought it in and got outstanding service. Well done, gentlemen! I am very pleased. Billy I really appreciate your interest and concern you have shown over my inability to ride during my back surgeries and your encouragement to get well. Many thanks for your interest when I'm in the store. Also, you opening the store for our Hog Christmas party was much appreciated. I even was able to get a new hooded sweatshirt. ""I bought an '03 Kawasaki Vulcan from the Laramie dealership, I guess it was the other half not really the HD half. I just wanted to tell you, I had some issues and the service dept. got it in not once but twice. I am not positive my problem is fixed because I haven't gotten too much ride time in because it got cold right after I got my bike back BUT I have been soooo impressed with the level of service. The service dept here in Laramie is outstanding! They worked hard to make sure my problem was resolved and just all around were excellent to deal with. I am so happy I bought a bike from you guys! I will definitely look to you in the future for a bike purchase (hopefully a HD someday) Keep up the good work and major kudos to your Laramie location! Thanks a million! Jeanette Lamb""

"We came off the road for an oil change and were a little road weary and impatient, however our bike was serviced well and only after we were on the road west again did we realize the bike had been beautifully washed and polished, thus the "oil change" had taken quite a while.
